Cordless chainsaw designed for shortening wood, e.g. beams, felling trees with a reasonably thick trunk, for debranching, for cutting trunks or thick branches into firewood. The chainsaw is equipped with a high-quality OREGON® guide bar and saw chain. Cordless chainsaws combine the advantages of electric chainsaws, i.e. low noise and simplicity of operation, with the free movement of petrol chainsaws. The saw is powered by a state-of-the-art brushless motor. This new motor has a longer service life, is more efficient and consumes less energy than standard motors with carbon brushes. The power source is a high-quality Li-ion 40 V 2,500 mAh battery with Samsung cells that can be charged in the included fast charger within approx. 1.5 hours. The Li-ion battery makes it possible to charge the chainsaw at any time without decreasing the battery’s capacity. The Li-ion battery self-discharges very slowly, remaining charged for a long time.
